MY STORY
As a full-time physician with a baby I found myself overextended with my career and carrying the weight of household duties. Then, COVID hit, throwing my life into chaos. My husband and I faced job changes, selling our home, and relocating, all while I was on the frontline treating COVID patients. It was a breaking point in my life, and I knew something had to change.
In my quest for balance and fulfillment, I turned to meditation, delved into happiness research, and harnessed the wisdom of self-development. I embarked on a journey of transformation, and through coaching and practical skills, I not only overcame burnout and chronic anxiety but found peace and joy—no matter the external circumstances.
It may seem like a superpower, but it's a teachable skill, and I'm here to teach you. I've coached numerous high-achieving moms to break free from burnout and create lives that are not only successful but also deeply satisfying.
My MD, Masters in Neuroscience, and years of research in mindfulness and positive psychology, combined with my experience as a mother have equipped me with a unique understanding of the challenges you face.
